Processing & Shipping

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Brauntopia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our products. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- 1. Your order number
- 2. A clear photo of the item
We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
