Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All sales are final, so please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
We're unable to make changes to orders once they've been submitted. This includes size, color, address, or item changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us with your name and the email used at checkout.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after that.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on domestic shipping. Please check the shipping options at checkout for the most up-to-date availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package directly with the carrier.
My package says delivered but I didn't get it — what now?
Contact your local carrier with your tracking number. Brauntopia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason including wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.
Can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds. Please read our full policy on our Shipping & Policy page.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or store credit.
